The aerobiology of caves in Southern Spain possesses special characteristics, different from located Northern Spain. Previous studies demonstrated the influence outdoor air on north and existence two patterns, depending season. In summer there is an abundance Ascomycota, whereas winter Basidiomycota predominates, which are related to periods stagnation ventilation, respectively. presence airborne scarce Ascomycota represents main group fungi widely distributed across all seasons. most characteristic features were abundant entomopathogenic (Beauveria bassiana, Parengyodontium album, Pochonia chlamydosporia, Leptobacillium symbioticum, leptobactrum) Cladosporium cladosporioides Cueva del Tesoro, de Ardales Gruta las Maravillas. However, yeasts genera Cutaneotrichosporon, Trichosporon, Cryptococcus, Naganishia, Cystobasidium, Microstroma Phragmotaenium was exclusive Fungal hazard three show determined using ecological indicator based concentration spores cave air.
